Mour is a semi sparkling wine organic and vegan Igp Sicilia.
It is straw yellow with green hues with floral notes of elderberry, jasmine and citrus with hints of fruit salad. It is balanced and sapid lively and with an elegant and persistent vivacity that enhances the aromas perceived in the nose. It goes well with light and delicate dishes, as appetizers of raw fish, fried fish and vegetables. Great to accompany the whole meal.
The vine variety is Catarratto 100%. Grapes picked strictly by hand, soft pressing up to 0.5 bar and static clarification of the must at 12 ° C for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at 16 ° C for three weeks. Aging in stainless steel silos until the base is drawn in an autoclave according to the Martinotti method.
